Returns

Contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery to request a return. Eligible items must be unused and in their original condition. We provide a prepaid return label and do not charge restocking fees.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact us with your order details if an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect. This policy does not limit applicable legal rights.

Refunds and exchanges

After we receive and inspect an eligible return, we issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 calendar days. Your payment provider may take additional time. We do not offer voluntary exchanges; you may return an eligible item and place a new order.
